Returns & Exchanges
If an item from Branded Products arrives damaged or you would like to return a purchase, please call 262-338-8761. You may also email us at brandedproducts@wbhhd.com with an explanation of your problem, along with the best time and means to contact you.
It is important to return all products in their original packaging and with all original shipping materials. All returns must be shipped prepaid - no collect shipments will be accepted.
Note: All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
